Application
This equipment is suitable for the production of large cross-section, long-length steel core, aluminum stranded wire and non-back twisting system of aluminum alloy wire. It can also be used for untwisted stranding and compacting of copper, round and aluminum sector wire cores, and pre-twisted stranding and compacting of split conductors.
This equipment has good rigidity of the frame twisted structure, high operating speed, fast and convenient loading and unloading. The traction is double-active, double-supported traction device, with high strength and large traction force; the wire splitting wheel splits the wires naturally to avoid scratches during the twisting process. Wire break stop is directly controlled to each pay-off reel. When the line is disconnected, the host will automatically stop immediately. PLC control, stable operation, reliable performance, high degree of automation.
